Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied to your total. Balance is due at your appointment. • Cancellations/reschedules require 48 hours’ notice or deposit is forfeited. • Arrivals 10+ mins late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. • Come with clean skin — no makeup, oils, or irritation on brow area. • If contraindications are present, service may be refused and deposit lost. • Patch test is recommended for tint/lamination. Declining means you accept risk. • By booking, you agree not to dispute any charges for deposits or services rendered.
