Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It must be paid within 2 hours via card, Zelle, or Cash App to (954) 643-1680. The deposit goes toward your total balance. •Clients must be 18+ with valid ID • Cancellations or reschedules require 72 hours’ notice. Late changes will result in loss of deposit. • No-shows or arrivals 15+ minutes late will be canceled and deposit forfeited. • If you arrive with any contraindications (sunburn, open wounds, active breakouts, recent cosmetic procedures, etc.), I reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. • By booking, you confirm that you will not dispute any charges, including deposits or remaining balances for time reserved or services rendered. ⸻ Service Agreement: By proceeding with your ombré brow booking, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
